E-Collar Training
True freedom is not about a lack of rules; it is about the reliability of communication. Our E-Collar Training program is designed to give you an invisible leash, allowing your dog to explore the world safely while remaining fully responsive to your voice.
We utilize modern, low-level remote collar technology. This is not about "shocking" your dog into submission; it is a sophisticated communication tool that uses a tactile sensation to get your dog's attention and reinforce known commands at a distance.
Full-Day Train & Transfer
This is a dedicated, single-day intensive session. Your dog spends the day with us conditioning the tool and layering it over their existing obedience. By the end of the day, the dog understands that the sensation from the collar means "listen to the handler."
At pick-up, we spend extensive time coaching you on the proper mechanics, timing, and levels to ensure you are comfortable and competent with the technology.
Why is there a prerequisite?
The E-Collar is a finishing tool, not a teaching tool. It is unfair to correct a dog for a command they do not fully understand.
To enroll in this program, your dog must:
- Have completed a foundational training package with Tayls N Trails (Private Training or Boot Camp).
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of basic commands (Come, Place, Heel).
- If you are a new client, a consultation and evaluation are required to determine eligibility.
